INTEL ARC A580 - SCREEN FREEZES AND GAME CLOSES.

To put it in context, a week ago I was using the RX 6500 XT GPU, today when I bought the ARC A580 I did a complete cleaning with the DDU program to install the new GPU. The problem is the following; when I start a game, after a few minutes it freezes and closes, I have already done the tests with Fortnite, Warzone and WoW. The important components that my computer has are:

• Ryzen 5 3600
• 16 gb of ram
• motherboard b550m k
• psu gigabyte 700w 80 plus bronze
• intel arc a580 8gb

It sounds like a driver issue or possible compatibility problem. Make sure your BIOS and chipset drivers are up to date. Also, try reinstalling the latest Intel ARC drivers, and ensure that your PSU is delivering stable power. If the issue persists, testing the GPU in another system can help rule out hardware faults.

I've already tried another power supply. I also have all the drivers updated, both for the BIOS and the chipset, and I've also tried other drivers older than the current graphics driver.

I really need help with the problem I'm having before I return the graphics card

You can close the thread now, I returned the card. I will not buy one of these cards again until I am sure that I will not have the same problem again.
