I picked up a Sparkle Intel Arc A750 a few days ago and it's working well overall, but I'm running into persistent screen tearing across every game I've tested (Cyberpunk 2077, Valorant, Resident Evil 4).
The tearing isn't isolated to the top of the screen. It happens all over the display, and it's most noticeable during slow camera pans where I can actually watch the tear travel across the screen in real time.
My specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: Intel Arc A750 (Sparkle) with Resizable BAR enabled
RAM: 16GB DDR4 @ 3200MHz
Motherboard: MSI B450M-A Pro Max II
PSU: Thermalright 650W
Monitor: HP P24 G4 (75Hz)
OS: Windows 11
For context, my previous system was an Intel 4th gen paired with an RX 580 8GB on the same monitor, and tearing was rarely an issue even in demanding titles like Days Gone or Uncharted 4. On that setup, enabling "Enhanced Sync" in the AMD driver would clear it up completely.
Any idea what might be causing this on the Arc A750, and what I can try to fix it?
