Good evening, I just got an Intel Arc A770 artifact while playing Mafia 3, But it happens randomly, that is, whenever the graphics card feels like it or has that glitch. It only happens in games, And the temperature is around 75 degrees with a peak of 76, but no more, with a 2K resolution in ultra settings at maximum, And not only Mafia 3 Artifact, but other games too. Artifact, for example, has issues with DirectX 10, 11, Vulkan, and 12. But currently, the game I'm playing is Mafia 3 Definitive Edition.

- Have you tried to use a different HDMI or Display?
- Have you tried to use DDU in installing the graphics driver?

1. The game menu isn't the issue; it's an in-game problem. It happens in any area or location on the map. My settings are all maxed out at 2K, so I need you to investigate internally.

Good morning, I wanted to set the game to English, but unfortunately, it won't let me change the game language. I hope this helps. I've already identified the problem with the Intel Arc A770 Alchemist graphics card, It seems to be working now, okay. I'm using Windows 11 version 23H2 to see if it causes any artifacts, and it seems to be working—I can't confirm 100% yet, but it's about 60%. I still need to play around with it for a few more days, but I can say that for now, Windows 11 with version 23H2 is working, I've seen many users with the Intel Arc A770 graphics card, or other models, experiencing the same problem, but it seems the issue lies with the new Windows 11 25H2 version, If I don't get any artifacts with Windows 11 version 23H2 by Tuesday, I should report the issue with the Intel Arc A770 graphics card running Windows 11 25H2. Windows 11 23H2 does work, so there's something wrong with the drivers, which is why version 25H2 isn't working correctly for the Intel Arc A770. In short, I'm currently using Windows 11 23H2 and I've run the game for an hour to see if it would cause artifacts, and it doesn't seem to. I'll let you know for sure on Tuesday afternoon. If it works without artifacts with version 23H2 by Tuesday afternoon, you need to get to work and fix the Intel Arc 25H2 drivers immediately.

We performed internal testing of Mafia 3: Definitive Edition on an Intel® Arc™ A770 system running Windows 11 25H2 (build 2600.8246) with the latest driver version 101.8737. During extended gameplay (approximately 2 hours), no artifacts, screen corruption, or graphical instability were observed. Based on these findings, the issue you are experiencing does not appear to be reproducible in our validated environment with the latest driver and OS configuration.
Since the behavior is also occurring on Windows 11 25H2, I recommend reaching out to the game developer’s support team for further investigation and game-specific troubleshooting guidance. They may be able to provide optimized settings, patches, or compatibility fixes tailored to the current game version.
