Intel B580 glitching in videos

Whenever I'm watching a video on Youtube I sometimes get random colourful glitches and this only happened when I updated my drivers the old drivers were working fine. I tried reinstalling the drivers using the Intel driver and support assistant but that didnt work either.  So what do I do? Should I downgrade the drivers or use DDU? What it looks like is shown in the attached file.

Same thing happened to me. I turned back to 32.0.101.6795 driver. It seems ok for 24 hours.

Hi Benjamin17,

Thank you for posting in the community!

To help us investigate this issue further, could you please answer the following questions:

  • What version of the graphics driver is currently installed on your system?
  • When updating the driver, did you select the "Clean Installation" option?
  • What was the previous driver version you used before updating?
  • Are you experiencing this issue with other applications or games as well?
  • Do the artifacts appear even when the system is idle?

Additionally, @wwenigma and @speciaa, please create separate threads so that other representatives can assist you further. Furthermore, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here: Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility

I am ont he driver version 32.0.101.6874
I did select clean installation
I don't know what the previous version was.
It only happens when watching videos and not when idle.
At the current moment I am updating the drivers to today's newest version so I will see how that goes.

Hi Benjamin17,

Thank you for answering my question. There’s a new driver update available that I recommend trying version 32.0.101.6876. Please perform a clean installation of this version. During the setup, make sure to check the 'Execute Clean Installation' checkbox to ensure a proper installation.

Once you've installed the driver, let me know the outcome so we can assess the result
