To understand this issue in a better way, please answer the following questions:
- Were you able to use AV1(AOM/SVT) with previous driver versions?
- To know your system configuration run and attach the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU) report, you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.
