Performance issues when streaming on Discord

I'm having performance issues when streaming on Discord, which is very strange because when I record my screen using the Xbox Game Bar I have almost no noticeable performance drop.

5) Please share the game version/build number.

6) Are you running Discord in windowed, fullscreen, or minimized mode while streaming?

7) What streaming resolution and FPS are currently selected in Discord

Is Hardware Acceleration enabled in Discord settings?

Yes, only during the Discord stream.

I already did that and it persists.
The game is on the very high preset.
The game was downloaded via Steam.
It's the current version of the game, 1.4.1.
I usually leave it in fullscreen.
I leave it the same as my monitor, 1080p with 60fps.
Yes, hardware acceleration is enabled on Discord.

  • Have you observed similar behavior when using other streaming tools as well for eg: tiktok,OBS?
  • After performing the clean installation of the drivers, what is the current behavior of the system? Is the issue still persisting or has there been any improvement?

I didn't get around to using other tools.

I felt a slight improvement, but even when I go to the task manager, I can see that the video decoding section has some spikes.
