I have an Intel B760 Sparkle Guardian OC graphics card and when I try to change the Hz from 74.97 Hz to 100 Hz it doesn't work and stays at 74.97 Hz. It is connected via HDMI and the monitor model is Sceptre E225W-19203R.A1. The version of the Intel drivers is Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8331, and the Windows version is Windows 11 Pro 25H2. It is neither a monitor nor a cable issue; I already tested it on a laptop and it works there, so I think it's more likely a problem with the graphics card drivers. I need help with this problem.

Hey! I think the problem is with the Intel graphics driver. Sometimes Intel cards don’t allow higher refresh rates on HDMI. You can try this:
Open Intel Graphics Command Center.
Go to Display → Custom Resolutions.
Add a new resolution: 1920×1080 at 100 Hz. Save it and try to apply.
If it still doesn’t work, check your HDMI cable supports high refresh rates, or try using DisplayPort if your monitor has it. Also, make sure your Intel driver is updated to the latest version.
