Hi @John85,

Thank you for posting in the community. On Gigabyte motherboards, Re‑Size BAR = Auto is the intended setting; there typically isn’t a manual “Enabled” option. Whether ReBAR becomes active depends on several prerequisites, including:

  • UEFI boot mode
  • CSM disabled
  • Above 4G Decoding enabled
  • Supported CPU
  • Correct BIOS version

If any of these conditions are missing, the GPU or drivers will report ReBAR as disabled even though the BIOS shows “Auto.”

Gigabyte added ReBAR support to 400‑series chipsets through BIOS updates (for B450, version F60 or later). Your B450 AORUS Pro WiFi should support it once the correct BIOS is installed and settings are properly configured.

Common pitfalls:

  • CPU compatibility issues
  • CSM being re‑enabled unexpectedly
  • Missing Above 4G Decoding setting (ReBAR will not engage even on “Auto”)

For further investigation, please provide:

  • Your CPU model
  • The exact BIOS version currently installed
  • Whether Windows is running in UEFI/GPT mode (we can check this quickly)
  • Please provide the SSU log report and share it here so I can review your system's configuration.

Once I have this information, I’ll help you pinpoint the blocker it’s usually one of the above.

Looking forward to your response!
