The video decoding feature began to be updated some time ago, and the issue of the Task Manager getting stuck at 100% usage has gradually decreased; however, it still occasionally occurs in scenarios like those triggered by videos in the skills menu in Edge, Discord, and crimson desert continues to happen. I’m not sure if this issue has been investigated, so I wanted to report it
I can check in Task Manager to see if this is just a visual glitch; most of the time it turns out to be just that, but I'm not sure how games react to it

Hello Mirac0909,
Thank you for raising this concern via the Intel Community.
To further assist you with your concern and to provide you with the best possible support, could you please provide the following information?
- May I know if you tried to use DDU to install the graphics Driver?
- Can you also share how long does it take for your system to show 100% GPU utilization?
- Can you also share the steps to reproduce the issue, so that we may be able to check it on our end?
I look forward to your response!
Best regards,
Shane E.

(reverting to an older driver solves the problem, but it's a driver from before Multi-FG, and I don't want to do that)
2 Today, I’ll be using the PC with the Task Manager open and will provide a response
3 I don’t think I did anything out of the ordinary, but I’ll address this as well. When the issue arises is there a log file or anything else I need to send you?

I'm sure this issue is driver related. It was worse three months ago, but I think it has improved only a visual bug remains.
* Latest driver issue (actually the last 2) : r/IntelArc

Hello Mirac0909,
Thank you for patiently waiting for our update.
As per discussion with my team, can you please try to update to the latest driver version 32.0.101.8737?
May I also know which application you want us to focus on as we can only provide support for 1 application/game per thread.
Also, just to confirm the exact step that you did to reproduce the issue is by opening twitter then the task manager GPU utilization shows 100%? Can you also confirm it other than reddit and twitter, does the issue also occur in other websites?
I look forward to your response!
Best regards,
Shane E.

Hello Mirac0909,
Thank you for the prompt response.
Since after using the latest driver 32.0.101.8737 the issue is not reproducible, it seems that the issue has been resolved after update. Do monitor the system if the issue persists and please reach back out to us.
I will be closing this inquiry. If you need further assistance, please submit a new question, as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Thank you!
Best regards,
Shane E.

mb, I can now confirm that the issue persists with the new driver as well. However, since I didn’t notice this until 13 hours later, I’m not entirely sure at what stage it occurred.
