Hello Intel Support Team,

After updating my GPU driver to Intel® Arc™ Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8250 (release date: November 7, 2025), I started experiencing a new visual artifact on my system.

  • GPU model: Intel® Arc™ B570 Graphics (10 GB VRAM, Resizable BAR enabled)
  • Driver version: 32.0.101.8250
  • Operating System: [insert your Windows version here]
  • Issue description: A white rectangular artifact appears on the login/lock screen and sometimes in desktop applications. This issue did not occur on the previous driver version.
  • Reproduction steps:
    1. Boot system and reach Windows login screen.
    2. Artifact (white rectangle) appears in the middle of the screen.
    3. Issue persists until login, sometimes visible in other UI elements.
  • Notes:
  • No artifacts appear in games so far, only in system UI.
  • GPU is stable under load (tested with benchmarks and games).
  • The problem started immediately after updating to 32.0.101.8250.

Could you please investigate this issue? It seems to be related to desktop rendering in the latest driver. Screenshots are attached for reference.

Thank you for your support.

Best regards,
MoczusYT
