Wardogs Driver Support

Hello, I just wanted to make sure that you guys were in good standing with the guys at Bulkhead about getting Intel Arc cards up to par on Wardogs. During the closed Alpha, many people with intel GPUs had stutter issues. Now again during their closed beta, seems to be a repeat. At the moment, at least the community seems to be unsure if it's an issue on the Devs side, or if it's a driver issue on Intel's side. I just want to make sure there's communication there. Obvious, the most I can do is bug everyone to make sure.

Hey @Mirac0909  ,

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear you're running into issues with ARC Raiders — that's definitely annoying and we want to help get it sorted.

Since this falls under a different title, could you please post it as a new support thread so we can address it better and get it sorted out for you!

In the meantime, since you've just finished updating your graphics drivers, it's worth trying a clean installation using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) if you haven't already. A regular driver update sometimes leaves behind old files that can cause issues, and a clean install usually takes care of that.

You can follow the steps here: How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall a...

If that ends up fixing the issue, you won't even need to create a new thread — all good!

Hope that helps, and feel free to drop a reply if you need anything else. Happy to help!

I tried a clean local installation, but I'll also try it with DDU, and then I'll start a thread. Thanks.

Arc B580, i514400f, 32gb ddr4

I have done quite a bit of testing myself with the drivers for Wardogs and have continuously noticed that driver 8892 using -nogpucrashdebugging is peak fps.  8993 was the fix for Wardogs so that nogpucrashdebugging didnt have to be used in Steam launch options but there has been a hit to fps from that driver onwards.  130+fps with 8992 and -90 with 8993 onwards.  Please have a look at this and dont leave Wardogs behind please !

Happy Regards
