Weird Visual Quality in Cod MW II

Hey,

I was palying COD MW II from steam and I encountered an weird visual thing. You know when we use upscaler the game gets pixilated and this is happening here. Not purely pixelated but like that. I am not using any upscaler or anything, playing on native 1080p. Still I am seeing this which makes the image quality worse. I am attaching some screenshots for better understanding

Platform: Steam
Driver: 6790 WHQL
