When you try to run the game, you get a message like this.

I use intel iris xe graphics, and dxdiag also shows that I am using DirectX12 when I check the DirectX version. However, when I play the game, the message 'directx12 is not supported on your system try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument' appears and it becomes an execution error. I want to know how to solve -dx12 or -d3d12 or other solutions

• Please provide the SSU log report and share it here so I can review your system's configuration. 
• Have you ever played the game without any issues before?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
• Have you verified that your system meets the requirements for the game?
• Which digital distribution platform did you obtain the game that is experiencing graphics issues? (e.g., Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, etc.) 
• Have you tried updating your graphics drivers or performing a BIOS update on your system?

Once I have enough information, I’ll be able to provide a resolution for this concern.
