Hello Mohammd,
Thank you for letting me know. To help you further, please try to download and install the latest driver version 32.0.101.8724. If the Intel Graphics Software still does not appear after the installation, you may proceed with the previously suggested steps.
You may also use DDU to completely remove existing drivers before installing the new version for a clean installation.
If the issue persists, kindly share us with a screenshot of the error message for further checking.
I'll be waiting for your update.
Best regards,
Nathaniel N

Hi Mohammd,
Thank you for posting regarding the difficulties you are experiencing with installing your graphic software application. To better assist you and identify the root cause of the issue, could you please provide some additional information?
- To clarify, are you referring to the Intel Graphics Software, Intel Arc Control, or Intel Graphics Command Center application? If so, may I know the reason why you are trying to install the said software?
- Could you please confirm the current graphics driver version installed on your system, as well as the specific driver version you are attempting to install?
- Aside from having issues with the installation, are you encountering any performance issues with the graphics of your device?
- Were there any recent changes made to the system, such as hardware or software before the issue occurred?
- What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far aside from the ones you already mentioned?
Additionally, kindly download and run this tool, Intel System Support Utility (SSU) so I can review your system specification:
- Open the Intel SSU application and click Scan.
- Select Everything, leaving all default items checked except for Networking (please ensure this option is unchecked).
- Click Next, then save the system information as a .txt file.
- Attach the saved .txt file when you reply to this message.
I'll be waiting for the requested information.
Best regards,
Nathaniel N

- Bios updated to the latest version from the original equipment manufacturer's (OEM) website.
- Clean installation of the Intel graphics drivers using DDU
- Reseat the Intel Graphics card.
- Disable Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduling (HAGS).
