I translate especially for you:
The current system configuration is not supported by Intel Graphics Software.
Make sure the Intel graphics adapter is detected and enabled in Device Manager and update the graphics driver to the latest version.
If the issue persists, contact Intel support.

A few things to try:
Check Device Manager → Display adapters and confirm your GPU model (Intel vs NVIDIA/AMD). This app only works with supported Intel iGPUs.
Download the latest Intel graphics driver for your exact CPU/GPU from Intel’s site (not Windows Update).
If you’re on a laptop or OEM system (Dell/HP/Lenovo), try the manufacturer’s driver — generic Intel drivers can sometimes be blocked.
Restart after reinstalling and relaunch the app.

Intel Graphics Software – Unsupported Configuration Issue
I’m seeing a message in Intel Graphics Software saying that my current configuration is not supported. The app launches, but it warns that some features may not work correctly or may be unavailable.
This appears after installing the latest Intel Graphics Software, and the system otherwise runs normally. Drivers seem to be installed, but the software still flags the configuration as unsupported.
Could this be related to:
Incompatible or legacy hardware
Incorrect driver version for Intel Arc / integrated graphics
OS version compatibility
Any guidance on the correct driver or supported configuration for Intel Arc graphics would be appreciated. Thanks in advance to the community and Intel team for the help.
