The performance tuning menu and the configure button have not appeared since the first installation. I have reinstalled the app several times. Can you please advise how to switch this feature on?

Thank you for posting in the Intel Communities. We can see that you are having trouble using the performance tuning menu as this is not available in the software.
To better assist you, provide us with the following:
- What is the Arc Control software version you have installed in your system?: Go to Settings, and in the button center section of the application you will see the app version.
- We would like to check more details about your system. Provide us with a report using the Intel
System Support Utility (Intel SSU): - Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel
SSU will take you to the "Summary View." - Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."
- Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel
