Download Datacenter Manager SDK?

Hello,

I see that Intel has Datacenter Manager SDK for the Nehalem platform, but from what I can tell, it is a licensed product ... is the SDK itself licensed or is there an actual complete Datacenter Manager software solution that is licensed?

If it's free, where can I download the SDK?

Data Center Manager is actually a licensed product. There is an SDK, but it is not free.
