Initial AMT password configuration issue

I have bought a notebook withIntel AMT, but an error is happening.

When I try to start configuratingIntel AMT, first I have to change the passaword, as the link http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-active-management-technology-intel-amt-software-development-kit-sdk-start-here-guide says. I already have put the default password, but when I try to confirm the new password, a message box appears saying that an error happened and the new password was rejected.

I really don't know what to do next and I would like to know if you could help me with this issue. Thank you for the attention.

Hi,

AMT systems are shipped with default ME password to "admin" and before configuring the system, you have to set a new password for ME.There are some guidelines for passwords and if your password doesn't follow the rules, that will be rejected.Please refer to Gael's blog at http://softwareblogs.intel.com/2007/11/08/strong-amt-me-passwords-and-other-shades-of-gray/
