4 months ago I bought Lenovo X61 ThinkPad notebook, just few days ago, each time I start the notebook a pop-up note come to my screen that the status of AMT is disable, and I should contact authorized system administrator; on the same pop-up note it stated "click here"; I done that and it took me to Intel website, when I read the page, it made me to understand that AMT has something to do with my notebook security.
I shall be grateful if someone in this fourm can help how to enable the AMT.
Thank you
Agha

Intel AMT is primarily for business users who's computers are being managed by an IT department using a managemnt console. Please read this AMT Overview to learn more.
If this is a laptop for your home use, you will likely not want to enable AMT.
