Intel FPT tool for Linux error 3 and 64

I try to flash bios under ubuntu 20.04, I use fpt tool with "sudo ./FPT -F 'ROM file name' ", and I get these error:

Error 3 : Internal Error, Unexpected error occurred.

Error 64 : Failed to Initialize SPI interface

FPT Operation Failed.

How could I solve this error? I need the Linux environment

OS: Linux 5.15.0-67-generic 20.04.1-Ubuntu x86_64
