Managing laptops with Dynamic IP

Hi,

In this case when an Intel vPro laptop as a terminal for a kiosk, now the question here is that can these laptops be managed remotely when they have a dynamic IP address, if not can a static IP configured in AMT which enables the manageability application to manage the laptops.

To remotely manage these vPro systems you can use either DHCP or static IP in AMT. When using a dynamic IP, you need to set the AMT hostname the same as the host operating system. When using static IP, you need to have a different IP from the host operating system and a different hostname as well.
