I'm not aware of any tools specific for QST testing.

There is a kit for QST but only seems to be available to ISVs under NDA with Intel. Please refer to this thread.

The Intel QST SDK is now available in open source. It provides a number of sample programs that can be used to monitor the operation of Intel QST. While there is nothing specifically targeted at testing "performance", it does provide the building blocks for building programs that do...
