how to obtion FSP and silico PKG

Hello Intel team,

I am currently developing firmware based on EDK2 for an Intel platform (Alder Lake, Raptor Lake).

According to my investigation, the Intel platform firmware structure typically includes the following packages::

- FspPkg
- BoardPkg
- PlatSamplePkg
- SiliconPkg

However, I am not sure how to obtain the official versions of these packages.

Could you please advise:

1. Where to download the official FSP package for Alder Lake an Raptor Lake?
2. How to obtain reference BoardPkg and PlatformSamplePkg?
3. Which Intel portal provides SiliconPkg?
4. Are these packages available via Intel RDC or through IBV partners (AMI/Insyde/Phoenix)?

My purpose is:
- BIOS development using EDK2
- platform bring-up
- understanding silicon initialization flow
