Android setFPS() is ignored

I am working with an ASUS https://www.asus.com/Tablets/ASUS_ZenPad_C_70_Z170CG/

The proccesor is an intel QuadCore, the info info is:

When I try to set the fps to a fixed value, for instances setFPS(15), it ignores and moves around 13 to 24

Yes, it's already in roadmap and should be fixed in next major version if the Android system layer can support it. Otherwise, it will be always list as a known issue.
