 Android v4.1 Silence Suppression

Hello Team,

Let us assume that couple of members are in audio/video conference. I want to detect and transmit the active speaker audio/video stream to all other participants and at the same time, want to stop the audio/video stream of remaining non-active (not speaking) participants by keeping them in "Mute" mode. Could you please suggest a solution to achieve this?

'Mute' function is provided by the MCU with restful APIs, please refer to the MCU documents. Thanks.
