Any relation between Intel DPDK and Intel CS for WebRTC?

Hello,

I am just wondering that is there any relationship between Intel Data Plane Developer Kit (DPDK) and Intel CS for WebRTC? I understand that in AWS, SR-IOV method using Intel's DPDK for fast-forwarding of media packets. Does it happens at hardware level or application layer level? Do we need to focus on Intel DPDK to get more quality?
