Based on client bandwidth control resolution from mcu end

Dear Lie,

I hope you are doing good. In a forward stream based on client end bandwidth i need to transcode  the video stream and reduce the video resolution in mcu and send to client is it possible. 

For example : 

USER1 FORWARDING HD video to USER2(Mobile user) where he had less bandwidth so in that case mcu need to transcode the video based on user2 bandwidth availablity and send to user2 

Note : Here user2 will not set any resolution support option . Transcode at MCU level need to happen automatically in forward stream

Currently we don't support this feature, we are considering on this feature
