How could I get reconnect notify from IOS SDK?

     I am using version 3.2.1 ios sdk of Intel CS for WebRTC. I can't find any interface about reconnecting. How could I get notice when SDK doing or done reconnecting?

SDK does not send ICE reconnection notification to app at this time.
