JS :4.0 : Desktop client giving this error and publish failing

Hi,

With Intel 4.0 JS sdk at the time of start call getting following error and publish failing

It's probably caused by signaling issues. Could you please let me know the steps to reproduce this issue? Thanks.

There is no special steps this was happening in regular shared office network and wifi
