Javascript conference: video bandwidth setting is ignored

Hi,

I am using a javascript conference with a mixed mode room in firefox/chrome.

My problem is that I can not specify the bitrate of the mixed room output stream!

I have set the following parameters to different values:

• defaultVideoBW in controller.toml
• maxVideoBW in controller.toml
• bitrate in room settings (management console)
• maxVideoBW in conference.publish()

None of these settings is changing the bitrate of mixed room output stream.

The only way to change this bitrate is to change the resolution of this room.

It seems like the output bitrate is fixed to the resolution.

Where can I change this mixed room bitrate?

Currently, the output bitrate setting of mix media engine is not available and we've marked this as known issue. Will fix this in the future release.
