getUser, deleteUser but no createUser?

How does a user get created in the N.API backend code?

So it looks like createToken corresponds to the missing "createUser", is that correct?

Intel CS for MCU server doesn't do conferencing user registration and management. It accepts authorized user/role from application through its service id and key.
