owt-client-javascript subscribe failed

It can be used normally in Safari 13.0.X, but 13.1.1 will not work. I tried to read the source code and Safari's release notes, but I didn't find the reason.

And I found that the order of "a=rtpmap" in the sdp sent and received in the above different versions of Safari is different.

13.1.1 Error prompts in Safari：

[Log] subscribe failed – Error: Ice procedure failed.
