there is no echo canceller in android device client(not android phone)

hi all 

       in my test environment，there have two client, web client and android app client. both client are in the same conference with video and audio.

1,when the android app client was run in the android phone,the web client get correct android client stream with echo canceller audio。

2.when the android app client was run in the android device(android 5.1,cpu mtk6735),the web client get android client stream without echo canceller.

why?

Another thing is: could you help check whether there is any difference between the two Android devices on HW AGC/AEC/NS support, by checking “effects” section at /etc/audio_effects.conf?
