Documentation errors

The Intel® Software Guard Extensions Evaluation SDK for Windows* OS  documentation has some errors. 

One that I can recall right now is in the description of the parameters taken in the sgx_rijndael128GCM_decrypt function, which states that the last parameter is p_out_mac [out], when it actually is an in parameter. For people that don't know much about about cryptography it could be very confusing.
