I tried to request an extension for my DevCloud account (uXXXX), but I experienced a glitch.

However, when I try to resubmit my request again, an error message says that the request has been submitted already. Could you check if this is indeed the case? There are only a few days left before the expiration and it would be bad to lose the account.
