Intel DevCloud Access got deactivated

Hi,

 

Could you help my devcloud account to activate again?

 

Since I am using my official mail id for many of the Intel oneAPI development work on DevCloud, I need this account back to continue my work.

 

Kindly help.

Appreciate your support.

 

I have received a mail about accound deactivation due to prohibited use.

 

As this is being registered from my corporate account for many proof of concept work development, i would require this to resume my work. Kindly help here.

Thanks for the support.

 

I am not able to create new account with my corporate account (s.palanivelrajan@accenture.com) again, as it gives "Account already exists" error.

 

Is there any way, you can delete the account from your side, so that i can create it again?

Hi @VaradJ_Intel ,

 

I am responding to this thread using my personal credential as I am not able to access/register using my official credentials.

 

I tried to create a new account again using my official credentials but it says that the account already exists and does not allow me to proceed further.

 

Also, I am not able to sign in using my official credentials as it redirects me to the Intel Azure Portal login (I had earlier account access in it as part of a official work). I tried clearing the cache of the browser and tried in InPrivate mode as well. Nothing works for me.

It seems that Devcloud has cleared your account. But, Azure is not able to reset the your account.


Please can you file an IT request on a below link:
