Intel® DevCloud Account Activation Loop

Hello, 

I was recently given access to the Intel Quantum SDK that is hosted on DevCloud. However whenever I attempt to look at any tutorials/examples surrounding the Intel DevCloud, I am given a prompt:

However, when click on the Enroll now I am routed to a page saying my account is already associated with this email. So I'm stuck in this circle of events.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Could you please try to create a new account with a different mail id in a private/incognito browser window?
