I'm a student, I wanted to know is there any programs or certification courses? If so can I get details? or atleast a link? It's like we need to purchase the certificate. Is there any other type?

For example: I need to develop a board which is used for some application. What kind of support can I get? I need to do along with intel. Currently I'm a student. I need training as well as certificate and I'll present my board.
