Hi all,
since yesterday afternoon ( 09/08/2323) I have been unable to login into the intel developer cloud.
Is anyone having this problem?
Thanks.

Hi black__edgar,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Are you trying to SSH into Intel® Developer Cloud Scheduled Batch Service Instance? If so, you'd need to regenerate the SSH public key, terminate instance and launch a new Scheduled Batch Service instance.
Follow these steps:
- Regenerate SSH public key on Windows.
- ssh-keygen -t ed25519 -f %USERPROFILE%\.ssh\id_rsa
- If prompted to overwrite, enter yes.
- Open the SSH public key and copy the entire content of the file id_rsa.pub.
- notepad %USERPROFILE%\.ssh\id_rsa.pub
- Paste the copied content in the SSH ED25519 or RSA 4096 Public Key text box in the Profile page and click Save Key.
- Navigate to View Instances page, terminate the Scheduled Batch Service (red bin icon) and refresh the page.
- Navigate to Launch Instances page and launch a new Scheduled access - Intel® Max Series GPU (PVC) on 4th Gen Intel® Xeon® processors - 1100 series (4x) instance.

Hi Hairul,
Thank you for answering my question.
I regenerated my SSH public key, but I cannot launch a new Scheduled Batch Service instance to copy the public key. I can access the Intel Developer Zone, but I can not find the right place to paste my public key.
Thanks very much again,
Edgar

Hi black__edgar,
Follow the 2. Setup - SSH Keys guide to add your public key. Click your Profile icon from the top blue navigation bar.
Paste entire content of the file id_rsa.pub in the text box SSH RSA 4096 Public Key and Click Save Key.

Hairul

Hi Hairul,
Thank you again for answering my question.
I have followed the initial steps (2.1 to 2.5) in the Setup - SSH Keys guide, but I can not finish the process. Step 2.6 ( Click Profile Icon from the top blue navigation bar and click Profile. You must login to Intel® Developer Cloud Management Console to see Profile Icon.) never present to me the text box to paste the copied content into. Instead, I am being sent to a kind of welcome page: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/homepage.html. Every time I try, I get the same result.
Before performing those steps, I login into the system without problem.
I really have no idea what's going on.
Thanks again,
Edgar

Hi black_edgar,
I'd suggest for you to try any of the following and see if the issue is resolved:
- Logout and login back into Intel® Developer Cloud Management Console
- Use Chrome's Incognito mode when logging in.
- Clear your browser's browsing data (cache, cookies, etc.)
Once logged in, click your Profile icon from the top blue navigation bar, add your public key in the text box SSH RSA 4096 Public Key and Click Save Key.

Hairul

Hi Hairul,
Thanks for all your attention to my problem.
I tried all the suggestions however, none of them solved my problem.
I even tried different computers and browsers. Normal and incognito.
Every time I try to go to the Intel Developer Cloud management console I get the "Autenticating, plase wait... " and after a short while I am sent to ---> https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/homepage.html
Thank you very much again,
Edgar

What I can tell you is that:
1.- I still cannot access the Intel Developer Cloud management console to erase the old Public Key and paste a new one.
2.- I have used several web browsers, normal and incognito. I also have tried several computers, always getting the same behavior.
3.- I still cannot get connected to the head node of the intel cloud from a terminal. This is what I get when trying to connect:
efblack:~$ ssh myidc
Warning: Permanently added 'idcbetabatch.eglb.intel.com' (ED25519) to the list of known hosts.
uxxxxxx@idcbetabatch.eglb.intel.com: Permission denied (publickey).
efblack:~$
Hope this help.
Thank you very much for your attention to my problem.
p.d: I have been using this account to learn about Sycl. All I have in my directories are sample programs that I have modified during my learning process. I do not have a copy of them and would like very much to preserve what I have in there. However, nothing in my account is really fundamental for me. If this problem could be solved by creating a new account for me, that would be an acceptable solution for me.

Hi black__edgar,
Apologies for the confusion.
The information that I've requested previously were regarding your instance system information which can be found under the "View Instances" from the Intel® Developer Cloud Management Console:
There was a similar issue reported when using Windows OS and the current workaround seems to be accessing the account via Ubuntu OS. If you have an Ubuntu machine available I'd suggest for you to try it out from your end and see if you manage to access your account.
On a side note, since the instance is tied with your Intel® Developer Zone (IDZ) account, creating a new account will not enable you to access the previous IDZ account's instance and all of its data.
Please let us know if you're still facing issue accessing your account and the instance so that we can investigate this issue further.

Hi Hairul,
I am not using Windos. My OS is Linux Mint, which is very similar to Ubuntu.
Additional information:
I have tried to access the Intel® Developer Cloud Management Console using 3 different computers (including one using Windows OS), using regular and incognito users in each of them. I always get the same result.
I also did a total reset of my network; fiberModem-router. No results.
Thanks for your help.

Hi black__edgar,
Thank you for providing the information.
Could you please confirm that you're able to access the "View Instances" tab in Intel® Developer Cloud Management Console or are you being redirected to the welcome page as well?

Hi Hairul,
Unfortunately, nothing seems to have changed. I just tried two different computers, using incognito and regular user windows.
In one of the computers, I even tried two different browsers (firefox and Chromium).
I am attaching a video of the login process.
Thank you very much for your help,
Edgar Black
