Regarding Activation

I tried to install some libraries to access pdf files inside the cloud ,Because of which my account is deactivated.May i know the process to get activation .

To assist you further, can you confirm which Intel DevCloud you are using? Is it Intel DevCloud for oneAPI or Intel DevCloud for Edge or Intel DevCloud for FPGA?
