Streaming AR/VR content

We want to setup an AI Assistive Technology Platform, to stream AR/VR content. We want to test a use cases:

1. We want to stream museum visit to K-12. at home or at school. 

2. We want to elderly content that improves brain health

Question is how do we setup and test this use case? What user devices supported. PC, Phone? How do we connect a website to the streaming platform? can we use Unity or Unreal engine? What format do we use for the content if not live streaming and finally can we do live visit streaming? We are a Smithsonian partner; we want to bring the museum to the user.
