Does IntelPy package require separate intel libraries?

Please, tell me, do I need to install daal, mkl, tbb libraries or Intel Python Distribution has everything needed to work the optimised way? I know, it's probably a lame question, but do I need C/C++/Fortan compilers to get all this stuff work?

The intel python install is self-contained.

You do not need to install compilers, MKL, DAAL, TBB separately.
