Module ushlex not installed

Hello,

I am trying to run my jupyter notebook as a job and followed all steps as provided in the Welcome.ipynb but at the end it is giving AttributeError

AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'quote' .

When I tried to install ushlex ,it is not being installed.

Please install this module and all the required ones, it will be really helpful.
