mkl-include==2019.5 not found from intel channel

We used to install mkl-include/mkl-static from intel channel. However, I think there is a recent release of mkl-include from the main channel and the one through intel channel is not available. After install mkl-include from the main channel, there are conflict errors to install mkl-static from the intel channel. Need some help to install both libraries.

The old install command is like

retry conda install -yq mkl-include==2019.5 mkl-static==2019.5 -c intel

And the error message is

Failed case report

Hello,

I regret to inform you that we had a large number of packages from the Intel channel an anaconda.org deleted. We have restored our most recent release (2020.0 with python 3.7) and are working to restore the rest of the files.

We should have our most recent python 3.6 packages restored within a couple of hours and we will continue working until all packages are restored.

We appreciate your patience while we recover from this.

Hello,

Can you say which operating system you need 2019.5 mkl-static and mkl-include for? Linux and Windows should be available. It is macOS that we are still trying to recover.

Note that MKL 2020.0 and 2019.4 are both available for all platforms.

Thanks. We need at least Linux. Will test tomorrow and put the tests back.
