10M02管脚定义

10M02SCU169可以用的IO就是130个，分配后好像说D7,C4,C5不能用，请问130个脚除了4个jtag信号 还有哪些是保留的？哪些是双功能的管脚？ 并请发10M02管脚定义参考资料 多谢了
