It seems pre-built openvino runtime 2023.0 is not available for Raspberry pi.
However, the same is available in 2022.3.
Is it intentional ?

Sriharsha

Hi Sriharshaj70,
We've received feedback from relevant team.
For newer releases, we do not have pre-built OpenVINO™ Runtime, you have to build from source. On another note, you may install pre-built OpenVINO™ Runtime 2022.3.1 LTS here.
Regards,
Wan
