Can't register and download the "Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ toolkit for Windows* 10"

Hello there,

When I try to register and download the "Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ toolkit for Windows* 10", there always met a problem "HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable." after I register with the relate information, and I have tried several browsers, it met the same problem.

Could you please help to figure out the problem?

The issue has been resolved when I tried to use the IE browser.
