Change FPS

I am working on a project that I should analyze all the data that is coming from the camera but the problem is FPS of the camera and on the movidius has a (7-8 seconds) delay.

 

I would like to know that it is possible to send 10 frames at a time into this function " graph.queue_inference_with_fifo_elem(input_fifo, output_fifo, frame, 'user object') " OR

 

there is a way to reduce this delay?!
