Compile Tool No Longer Included With Installation

I can no longer find the compile tool with this process mentioned here:

Thanks for reaching out.

For your information, Compile tool is deprecated and approach with manual adding of preprocessing steps into model, saving to Intermediate Representation (IR) file is recommended.

You may refer to the Release Notes.
