DL Workbench Error - Cannot Install Packages for Python Error

Hello @Ray_Lo_Intel 

 

Can you share a file with server logs? You can download this file from the DL Workbench using the instruction: How to download logs from DL Workbench 

I recommend you reproduce the problem again and then download the logs.

@Ray_Lo_Intel , 

 

There might be at least two reasons:

  1. you are running DL Workbench behind proxy while not properly configuring proxies when running DL Workbench
  2. there are not enough resources (RAM, drive) allocated for containers

Anyway, obtaining logs would be beneficial, as @artyom_tugaryov  suggested above.

It's the RAM! I completely missed it as Docker is 2GB by default. 

 

So awesome for the quick responses and finding out the root cause! 


Also, I wish there is an error message or FAQ session to debug it, but either way as usual I misread the requirements and made assumptions. I thought it was 8GB of RAM on my PC only.
